1. Service and operator
ÁrverésPRO aggregates and organises information from public auction notices. Provider details are in the Imprint. The Hungarian terms govern; this English version is an informative translation. These terms apply to use of the site and express acceptance is required when creating an account.
2. Free use; no auction service
Use of the site and accounts is currently free. ÁrverésPRO is not an auction house, official auction portal or property broker. We do not accept bids, offers, deposits or purchase payments and do not conduct sales. Bidding and acceptance of auction terms take place only on the official source site.
3. User accounts
Registration requires a working email address and secure password or available Google sign-in. Supply accurate information you are entitled to use; do not impersonate others. Keep credentials confidential and report suspected unauthorised access. A display name is optional. Newsletter consent is voluntary and is not a condition of a free account.
4. Watchlist and analyses
A watchlist saves lots for later viewing; saving is not a reservation or offer and does not guarantee alerts or continuing availability. Economic analyses and checking signals are informational estimates, not legal, tax or investment advice. Check the original notice and seek independent advice where needed before making a decision.
5. Acceptable use
Do not attack the site or accounts, bypass security restrictions, access others’ data without authorisation, overload the service or supply unlawful content. Automated scraping, bulk downloading, resale or commercial republication of ÁrverésPRO’s compilation requires prior written permission. Access may be proportionately restricted for serious or repeated violations; where possible we notify the user and provide a way to contact us.
6. Intellectual property
Our design, original text, software and compilation are protected under applicable copyright and database law. We claim no exclusive rights over public source material; its rights remain with the respective owners. Personal research and uses permitted by law remain allowed; other uses may require permission.
7. Accuracy and liability
Data and automated summaries may be incomplete, incorrect or outdated. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, completeness or accuracy. The official notice and its current terms always prevail. To the extent allowed by law we do not accept liability for losses arising from decisions based solely on this site’s information or errors in external sources. We do not exclude or limit liability for intentional harm or harm to life, physical integrity or health, or mandatory consumer rights.
8. Account closure and privacy
Request account deletion by emailing the provider; identity verification may be necessary. Account and watchlist closure is handled subject to applicable retention obligations. Details of personal-data handling are in the Privacy Notice.
9. Changes and disputes
We may amend the terms as the service or law changes. Material changes are announced on the site and, where necessary, by email before taking effect; changes are not retroactive. If you disagree, stop using the service and request account deletion. Hungarian law applies without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections. You may first email a complaint; judicial and other statutory remedies remain available.
